Overview
Coaching and Mentoring aims to provide you with the knowledge, skills and confidence to perform effectively as a guide to your mentee. Helping them to find solutions and direction through any challenges and towards achieving any goals.
We will provide you with a set of tools and skills that will allow you to provide professional standard coaching and mentoring. At each level 2, 3 and 5 we will teach you through discussion and practical sessions how to plan provide and learn from each session.
- ILM Level 2 Effective Mentoring Skills
- IML Level 3 Effective Coaching
- ILM Level 5 Certificate in Effective Coaching and Mentoring
- 2 - 5 Days classroom practical tuition with 3 years continual support
- Course size: 4 - 8 people
